Founder, Blu Steven established the company after a career as in-house producer for some of New Zealand's leading advertising agencies.

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Auckland, Blu brings his in-depth understanding of business sensibilities and considerations to all our video projects. It all ensures WANTED delivers creative solutions that appeal to audiences and deliver results for Clients.

Having directed documentaries on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (Drinking For Two), and the police investigation into the Teresa Cormack murder (A Promise Kept), Blu is relaxed and genuine style is responsible for bringing powerful and believable on-camera performances from interview subjects who might otherwise be intimidated and reluctant to deliver to a television audience.
